BPC-157 — the "Body Protection Compound"

BPC-157 is a stable synthetic pentadecapeptide (15 amino acids) derived from a sequence found in human gastric juice protein. It is one of the most heavily referenced peptides in preclinical research on cytoprotection, gut tissue, and tendon and ligament models. TB-500 — a Thymosin β4 fragment

TB-500 corresponds to the active region of Thymosin β4, a naturally occurring actin-binding protein. It's studied for its role in actin regulation, angiogenesis, cell migration, and recovery. Supplied at 10 mg.

Why they're researched together

BPC-157 and TB-500 act through different mechanisms, so studies frequently pair them to look at complementary tissue-repair pathways. That pairing is common enough that vendors offer pre-made blends built around it.
